Common questions

The rules for my area look wrong. Please email us with the species and area. Kiwi Catch is a guide, not the law: always check the official MPI fishing rules before you keep a fish.

My catches are not syncing. Check you are signed in to the same iCloud account on each device, and that Kiwi Catch is allowed to use iCloud in iOS Settings.

Tides or wind will not load. They need a connection the first time. Before a trip, use Settings > Download all tide tables on Wi-Fi so tides work without signal.

Ads. Kiwi Catch is free, paid for by ads from Google. You can change ad tracking in iOS Settings, and ad privacy choices from Settings in the app where shown.
